Kevin Nash Wins Big at WCW Slamboree

26 years ago today, WCW held Slamboree 1999 at the Trans World Dome in St. Louis, drawing over 20,000 fans for a wild night of title changes and over-the-top spectacle. In the main event, Kevin Nash defeated Diamond Dallas Page to capture the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Elsewhere on the card, Rick Steiner took the TV Title from Booker T, and Raven & Perry Saturn walked out as new Tag Team Champions. Oh—and yes, referee Charles Robinson (fully dressed as Ric Flair) beat Gorgeous George in a bizarre intergender match.
